The founders of Standard Real Estate are practicing Real Estate agents who had a vision to build a better, ethically focused brokerage that focuses on empowering agents who in return empower clients.
While many other brokerages treat agents like profit centers, Standard was created to enforce the idea that brokerage could actually exist to serve the agent, who is then better equipped and supported to serve our clients. With this in mind, we opened our first office in 2018 and continue to grow to better serve you.
From 2018 to today, Standard has grown into many different Texas Markets but still with the same principles in mind - Agent Owned, Agent Run, Agent Centric. Within the first year, Standard Real Estate, reached a milestone of 30 agents and closed over $100 million in real estate transactions by the end of 2019, and the growth has only continued.
Brokerage is our core competency and we will continue to focus on strengthening our core values while incrementally adding value for our clients and agents.
Our revenue structure transitioned to a 100% commission in late 2020 to enable our agents to have more power to negotiate giving our clients greater returns.
