Meet Zach De Bernardi

A resident of Texas since 2013, Zach De Bernardi is one of Dallas’ top real estate brokers and agents. Along with the rest of the Standard team, he oversees more than 60 real estate professionals in multiple markets, with multiple brokerages, and also acts as an agent for his clients.

 

Born with a true entrepreneurial spirit - out of dissatisfaction with existing brokerage - STANDARD was founded by Zach De Bernardi with one goal: to build a brokerage that any agent would be proud to stand behind. Despite being an outsider to the Dallas inner circle, Zach was able to recruit and build a team around the brokerage very quickly thanks to a simple, but profound agent first mentality. Over time, Zach has positioned and built the company with a goal to build a consistent presence and household name in Dallas.

 

As of 2023, Standard Real Estate has sold over one billion dollars of real estate. After its initial creation in October of 2017, the company leased its first space in Dallas, TX followed by another in Tyler, TX in April of 2018. In just a year's time, the company hired roughly 43 agents and closed over $40 million in sales volume with revenue above $200,000.
