About Nicole:
A career in Real Estate was inevitable for Nicole Schneider. Growing up in a family of builders, and a lifetime of a love for interior design has made the world of real estate a passion of hers. Her passion grew from her own experiences, and has evolved into a career she truly loves.
Nicole’s thorough knowledge of various Tyler Area neighborhoods coupled with a talent for marketing and negotiation has enabled her to successfully garner the highest dollar per square foot for many of her Seller clients, securing her multi-million dollar sales record, and one of the top Realtor spots at her brokerage. The majority of these transactions have resulted in her clients receiving the asking price or above for the sale of their home.
Nicole also loves to help home-seekers find the home and neighborhood that best suits their lifestyle, as well as visualize the use of a new space to become their dream home.
Although a wealth of information and data in now available to the public via the internet, Nicole believes that her expertise and insight are valued more than ever by sellers and buyers as they try to decipher this information in preparation of making one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Nicole has written both a Seller’s Guide as well as a Buyer’s Guide that helps her clients understand the process of Selling and Buying a home. These valuable tools help her clients have a concrete piece of material to help them work out their financials, understand the process, and have valuable contacts at their fingertips.
